I am freaking out with excitement! I took progress pics a few weeks ago and was not happy with my progress. Didn't seem like I had many changes. The changes I did see were seemed like I was just looking kinda bloated. I was pretty demotivated. Took an easy week at the gym only weight lifting out twice that week and no cardio. Then that turned into a second easy week at the gym, although I had some serious bike rides this week. Been eating like a horse. My metabolism must be kicking up because I haven't gained any weight. I decided I really needed to make some progress pics today and get refocused. I have a goal to push as hard as I can until my birthday. Six more weeks is a lot of time to make progress. I can do this!
Then I took my pics and I was blown away by my progress from 6 weeks ago.
This is such a powerful reminder that we can make progress in a short amount of time. Don't give up! And ALWAYS take progress pictures.
