2 steps forward, 1 step back or losing weight on nightshift is hard

I work nightshift. On my workdays, all I do is sleep, eat and work. Luckily I get 10k+ steps in on every shift. 😃 But the eating healthy and meal planning is very difficult. 😞Normally, I stay fairly busy at work, but the last few days have been S-L-O-W. On top of that, I have been frustrated with someone. So yesterday I fell of the healthy eating wagon. I went way over my calorie intake. It continued today, but tomorrow I'm off work so I'll be back at it and maybe i'll be a little better, maybe not. But I'm going to keep trying.
