Please excuse my rambling. Today and the next 6 days off from work. Usual schedule, 7 on/ 7 off. Today just slept and did a small 20 minute Sparkpeople workout video. Tomorrow i hope to get my 10k steps, either by running or walking or some combo of 2. I'm going to spend the daylight hours playing with my doggies and getting deep into God's word. Then tomorrow night, dvds and popcorn. I will also be making plans for my mini vacation on Sun, Mon, Tues. Right now, its 11 pm and I am watching the classic Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. I'm learning part of honoring God is eating right and exercising. Today I did all of my Bible reading in the early morning hours while work was slow. Tomorrows movie selection is The Book of Daniel by PureFlix entertainment and maybe Grumpy Old Men. Trying to fill my mind with good stuff like I am filling my body with veggies, whole grains and protein.
