I found that it's important to give yourself non food rewards along the way. Gives you something to work for and look forward to without packing on any extra pounds. So after the 1st 25lbs I got myself a new pair of shoes for walking... now that I hit the 45lb mark I ordered a garmin fitness watch. I am so excited!! It's like Christmas in june 🙌🙌 i should be at the 50lb mark by the time it gets here or close to it. I think my next 25lbs will be a manicure pedicure 😊 So I guess this blog is to encourage you all to reward yourself!! Set up small goals and when you reach them treat yourself to something... whether it be a trip to a museum or new pans or shoes or your hair done. Let it be something!! Keep yourself motivated!!
