Day 5: Plateau Challenge

I tried a new routine but I have one big problem. very limited space in my tiny little house. I felt more like a contortionist. So now I go to Plan B.

I don't want to do my exercise in front of the other 2 people who share the house. I'm still a bit self-conscious about bouncing up and down in my tiny living room while others are eating and doing their own thing. And, I don't want to get up at 6:00 am so I can have some privacy. Hubby has decided to help me reconfigure the bedroom so I can work out there. It's the perfect place with the big patio door and the morning breeze coming in. I have to be the luckiest woman in the world to have a husband that supports what I'm trying to do.

He's even going to install a couple of pulleys for my resistance bands. What more can I ask for? Even with the rain and thunderstorms, this is going to be a good day.
