Day 6: Plateau Challehge

It's been a good day. The weather was perfect and I got a lot accomplished.

Today's challenge sort of has me stumped. How do I go about readjusting my calorie range? Up until now, I've just been following what comes up on my nutrition page.

It's been quite the challenge to eat the recommended amount of calories it says I must eat to build muscle. Cutting out the junk food has helped and now I usually grab a healthy snack but I still feel like it's way too much food. Most nights I feel overstuffed.

I don't deny myself everything though. We go to the butcher every two weeks to buy our meats and he sells the most amazing black licorice you've ever tasted. My little treat.
