Day 7: Plateau Challenge

I'm still feeling quite satisfied with this challenge. I've made a few changes to my exercise routine and to my diet.

I did try a couple of cardio routines but I'm just not happy with them. All the bouncing causes to much pain at this point. For now, I'll stick to biking, walking, and swimming. I'm not too worried about my strength training routine because I use a different video every day just to keep it interesting.

This coming week I'm going to try yoga. I hear it helps with flexibility and stability. Yesterday I started a 30 day "Plank Challenge" to strengthen my core.

I feel great and I'm sleeping like a baby. Hubby told me yesterday that I'm always smiling now and I always look like I'm excited about something. Well, I am excited, about the new me that's emerging.
