The goal I want to focus on is getting into the routine of logging on everyday and tracking my food the most.
I want to work towards not blaming myself for mistakes and bad choices and also build up my willpower to say no.
I feel worse when I eat something that I know I shouldn't then I do when I say no. I feel judged both ways, then it is easier to eat.
I am glad I have found a safe place to fully express myself, my struggles, my needs, and wants without judgment and criticism.
