I'm not going to lie, I'm struggling.
I have been trying to do positive self talk when the scale number sucks or when I think I did good on a meal, then I track it and it was a 800 calorie lunch that I wasn't expecting.
I also have the struggle about where I live where I don't always have internet service, so tracking on the weekends when I am not in town, has also been an issue.
I have read some very inspiring postings about similar issues, so that helps that I am not alone. I believe I'm in a better place and more motivated to do better for myself and health than in years past. I feel that I have better tools to better cope with issues than I did in the past as well.
I hope I can continue the path I am on and go uphill.
