Day 1 of 2 30 day challenges

Today I did day 1 of the sit up challenge (20 sit ups) and day 1 of the leg challenge (6 squats, 6 lunges and 6 calf raises). It wasn't hard at all but its only day 1 so we shall see what these challenges bring!!

    Great start. My body will not do a sit up. Its hilarious to watch. I can do other stuff but leave out the sit ups. Good luck. Your determined. You got this
