Back on Track

Got off track over the weekend - got dehydrated and was really feeling it!! Just slept most of Sunday and still was somewhat shaky Monday.
So, have been drinking more water - and what a challenge that is for me. Just do not like water.
Except that yesterday it did taste so good. Perhaps that is because it was quite warm and I felt really thirsty.
Why do I struggle so much with it?? Instead I find that I drink coffee or iced tea and they are diuretics. So really should be drinking water!! I keep telling myself - but I just do not listen!!
