I don't get it. I've been doing everything right and I'm not seeing results.
I track my food. My doctor told me to consume 1200 calories a day. I've been staying within my margins for months now and it's doing nothing for me. I feel better, yes, but my body is not changing.
I do 25 minutes of cardio at least 4 times a week followed by weights on a targeted body part. I rotate with legs, arms, back/shoulder, and abs. I'm no fitness expert, but I should be seeing something, right? I use the tread mill and jog a mile and walk uphill half a mile which usually takes me around 25 minutes. My heart rate gets up to the 160's to 170's. Why is the fat not disappearing?
I eat a cup of raw vegetables before my meals. I avoid eating out. I eat protein and vegetables. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?
I wake up at 4:30 am 4 or 5 days a week to go to the gym .Even on my off days, I'm not just sitting around. I'm working outside or cleaning the house.
I rarely "cheat," and when I do, it's within reason. I might have a piece of pizza or ice cream, but I watch the portions and I plan for it.
I do not understand why my body is not changing. Help.
