I don’t know any of you yet i write daily and get responses. At times I sit in tears as I write because the heartache is so real. Times I am stressed to the max and feel like I’m going to stroke out. Others times when I can rejoice with my no drama days working at the pond as my time out I too can share that with you. I am thankful we joined the gym and working with a personal trainer for advice. Last week I walked 30 miles and lost one pound. Since I faithfully log in daily he is having me print that off and going to go over it with me. He also noticed that I have to walk faster and higher incline because my heart rate is not at the zone. I can walk at 4.1 mph at incline 4 and my husbands heart rate is where it should be but mine is 101 and needs to be 112 for weight loss benefits. Even at 61, every muscle in my body aching, can hardly go up and down our steps in pain or get in and out of bed I will do this!!!!!!
