This is my first post. It's my 5th day. I kind of went off the wagon yesterday. I felt weak and dizzy, so I ate more than I was supposed to. Not necessarily junk food, but meat. I had been eating mostly veggie these past few days, and since I have a very abondant period this month, I thinl I needed more iron. So I ate a huge moose steak. I feel better today, so I think I spotted the problem. So, back on track today!
I am surprised to see that even though I eat quite healthy, always homemade food with lots of veggies, I still eat a lot of fat. I know some of this is good fat, because I eat a lot of nuts. But still, if I could reduce the fat, I could actually eat more !!! LOL
