Days 5,6 and 7 of two 30 day challenges

We have a lake place that we go to every weekend. Out there is almost no service so I had to wait until today to write about my challenges. Day five was easy...it was rest day... Day 6 was 40 situps (I did 4 sets of 10) and legs was 10 squats, 10 lunges and 10 calf rises...Day 7 was 45 situps (4 sets of 12...i did an extra yay!) And the same as day 6 for the leg challenge. Legs are easy still but the sit ups are becoming challenging...I am also sick today with a soar throat and chills so that could have made a difference in why it was harder today.
