Whew!

Thursday, July 19, 2018

I really overate at lunch yesterday and totally expected my total intake for the day to be over but guess what?!?!....it was within the limits! I'm impressed although I was so mad at myself for stuffing my face until I was miserable. We had lunch catered and it was homemade and oh so good so I went back for seconds...big mistake! I do not like it when I stuff myself to the point of misery. I vow to never do that again (hopefully, I can keep it this time). I'm really working on trying to keep my intake in check.

Have a great day!

Happens to the best of us. When such things come my way I try to drink a large glass of water before back for more.
Being overstuffed can feel gross--but the up side is that you stayed within your range!

I still make that mistake from time to time. I try to plan for those special parties etc. Not always successful! I just read an article on spark about 10 things to prepare for? I have a company picnic (sister's) tomorrow and may have to have her be my guard! Good luck!

I can so relate to stuffing and feeling miserable and years of yo -yo dieting. I need to keep carbs in check but not to drastically eliminate or I gain back like crazy. I'm learning healthy habits, slow and easy. We got this.
