Working it

I have no clue whether or not I have lost a pound. I went into this round not wanting to weigh in, but rather wait and see if my clothes begin to fit differently. I know I feel healthier and stronger and I've been able to stick with it for 19 days now. I walk every morning before work (have worn out one dog); I come back and log into Spark for the day and I continue to move pushed by my Fitbit every hour. I also do some of the wonderful free workout videos on Spark.

I firmly believe slow wins the race and anything that I do to improve what I eat and takes me from sedentary to active has got to be all good!
