I don't know what's best for my body I just delivered 5 months ago and I need really to be fit cause am short in 142

It is not going to be easy, but it is attainable. Make small goals and they will lead to big successes. You have to make you #1 and tell yourself that you are worth it. And remember you didn't gain the weight overnight and you won't lose it overnight. It takes time, determination, motivation and support. You can get it all right here! If you don't take care of yourself you can't take care of anyone else. If I can help in anyway, feel free to reach out to me! First of all, check with your doctor and make sure you are ready for full exercise. Then maybe consult a gym with a trainer. You might check with your OB doctor as they may have exercises for you to start with. But walki is always a good safe exercise. You can do it! We are here to help!     Start slowly after your doctor has given you permission and being with baby steps. Stay hydrated, get your exercise and monitor your food intake. Get plenty of protein, veggies and fruits!

    What's best is to relax and enjoy your baby. It takes 24months for the body to recover from birth. Slow down. Enjoy your time with your new snuggle bug and focus on staying well :)
