I solved my water/weight problem! I was drinking too much water too soon after I came from the gym and my weight was going up or staying the same. Today I drank 3 glasses of water before walking to the gym and 1 cup at the gym and half a cup every hour after I got home from the gym! And my weight went down. I'm on my 5 cup of water.
