Back At It

So here I am, back at the weight loss thing again. Long overdue. I haven't checked in here for ages. That's part of the problem. I wasn't holding myself accountable in any way and gained in the process. More than I thought. So I joined WW again and canceled (again) because I just felt so deprived by the end of the day, every day. I couldn't handle the new changes from the old PP I was used to and was so successful at. So I am doing my own thing this time around and going back to the gym. So today is weigh day, one week to the day that I started. I lost 4lbs this week and am thrilled by this! I only made it to the gym 2 times and my goal is to go 3 times per week. Things came up that kind of derailed my planned 2nd trip during the week but I made it one week day and yesterday so that's good. It's a start. Yesterday's workout was much better than the first one. I got back into my groove and the gym wasn't as busy when I went so I had more options. I am happy with my progress for this first week back at it and plan to continue on. I don't feel deprived and I'm not starving so something is working.
