Oh my goodness! We have been what feels like non-stop go for 5 days now. This week promises to be super busy too. Thankfully we have the rest of the day off. Now if my dog would just get sleepy so I can catch a nap. I know it is kinda late for one, but I'll be up with my pup for half of the night probably, so I need the sleep.
My anxiety has given me no reprieve, my resting heart rate right now is 107, I'm near a panic attack. Just so much going and no time to recover, I guess. With not enough sleep, to boot. I'm ready to fall over from exhaustion.
Took about an hour nap, feeling so much better, yet still tired. Tomorrow I take both dogs to the vet, poor Pickles has another uti. We are thinking we should change his food and put him on a grain free diet too. Will discuss with the veterinarian.
I'm going to be starting getting up at 0600 tomorrow, no matter how much sleep I get. I want to pick a certain time of day to walk on the treadmill, probably before lunch as this is a time I'll be able to keep up when school starts.
I have not lost any weight in the past 5 days, I did eat a little more than normal, so I'm going to start paying more attention to that and making sure that breakfast is a shake. I may quit coffee except for when I go see my therapist. It is my custom to get a latte right before going to her office. But I use Truvia at home which has sugar in it and I can't get accustomed to using the Splenda at home, so I just need to quit. I'll have unsweet tea if I really need a pick me up - which I am keeping in the fridge at all times. DH has decided he has had enough, and is quitting sugar so I don't have to make two types of tea now, yay.
My sweet (yappy) Hope is home now. She spent the night at the trainer's playing with her Standard Poodle, then we went and BBQ'd at the In-law's and played with their Boxer. Now she is playing with poor 21 pound Pickles and trying to throw her weight around. She wants to play as rough with him as she played with the other dogs.
So I'm really excited for this week, I hope to really get into the exercise and watching what I eat so that I can make this week a success. I weigh for BLC on Wednesday, but I'll weigh for this next Sunday and see how much I can lose when all I have extra is my latte, and I'll give in and have Splenda in it.
