Need out of this funk

Today is a "not so feeling good about myself" kind of day. My weight is creeping up; my pants are snug and I've been hungry all morning. I'm going to get out of this funk through writing and talking myself through this.

I've logged my intake and it's really not bad. I guess I'm just not drinking enough water. Not sure why I'm struggling but this too shall pass.

    Could you try nurturing yourself in a non-food way? Watch a sunset. Star gaze. Take a walk with a friend. Take a nap. Look at funny videos. Dance. Something to shake yourself out of the funk?

    It sounds like you are taking the right steps, reviewing your progress and sticking to it. Sometimes it takes time for your body to catch up with the changes. And having bad days just happen when you are making changes. Just stay your course and smile. This too shall pass.
