Instead of looking back at all the ways i went wrong; I'm going to look forward to all the things i can do to change my lifestyle for the better. Today is day 3 on keto eating and I'm down 3.4 pounds. I'm encouraged by the quick loss that i know will be slower after this week.
I'm staying motivated
1. Starting a new teaching job that requires me to be/ stay healthy
2. my daughter/grandson visiting in a month.
3. my birthday in 2 months
4. Son/DIL visiting in December
5. Be a great role model for my 2 year old.
