Saying no to stress eating!

Golly, I’m in finals week and today I have 5 projects due! I’m super anxious, and someone in my family left a bag of movie butter popcorn on the counter that has been calling my name. I know if I pop it, though, I’ll eat the whole bag, and 320 calories of popcorn is not a good decision for me.
I’ve been working through the Beck Diet program and it helps with defeating “sabotaging thoughts.” I keep telling myself that I’m not hungry, and that I can eat till the cows come home, but it won’t solve my stress and the proper solution is to accomplish my work and then to eat a healthy, much more filling meal. Looking forward to boiled eggs and roasted asparagus at lunch!
