The good news is I'm down 10.9 lbs since joining Spark People in June. It's always easier for me to lose weight in the summer because of access to fresh veggies, the heat and humidity taking away my apetite, and being off work (teacher here)leaves me time to meal plan better.
I'm nervous about going back to work next week. Ideas to avoid stress eating are welcome. This spring I started buying a veggie tray to snack on when I get home and that has helped. I'm down 25 lbs total since October of 2016. I lose weight so slowly. My lifelong pattern has been to get frustrated and give up. Not this time! That's me in the middle in March of this year.
