Low Fodmap

This is my first blog entry. I've lost and gained and lost and gained. I'm trying really hard to be healthy again. My doctor wants me to try a low fodmap way of eating to help me with my GI symptoms. So, I've put it out there in my favorite Spark Team, I've ordered a book to read about it that will be arriving today and I'm giving myself until Aug 16th to learn, plan and get myself ready to do this.

So, here we go, on to learn, plan and eat food to fuel my body. I can do this!
