Starting completely over is hard. I have watched the scale creep up for 8 years. It is time to get more serious about doing something about it. I have spent the last 3 years digging deep into the mental side. Now it is time to take a harder look at the food side.
Goal for the month is to simply track everything for the month. I have no weight loss goal. Currently I am on day 3 of my 7 day goal of just water.
