I started working to lose weight after deciding to have another baby. For weeks without counting calories, eating more veggies and not measuring the scale actually moved up. So I changed some things, I went to the things that worked best for me in the past. I started measuring my servings, logging my food into my sparkpage and I lost 5lbs! Super excited, that little number gave me so much more motivation to get started and only improve. I cant wait to go to zumba tonight and burn some calories. Happy Sparking!!
