Day 1 - 30 Days of 100 Squats

Today I went to another Sparker’s suggested exercises in her blog. It involved Blogilates. However, the suggested 100 squats seemed a bit more challenging than I was ready for, so I went to YouTube, searched “squats” and found this one that does 10 of 10 squat variations. Very doable and done in no time. The session even inspired me to finally get back in the gym today: 20 minutes on the elliptical and 30 minutes for weight training. I left tired but pleased with myself.
