today is a good day

I ate healthy somewhat today, I had avocado toast with crab this morning for breakfast, half a burger, fries and a few corn chips for lunch, two handfuls of chocolates, a little chicken and coleslaw for dinner. Not great but not awful. I was worried I would not get enough done today but I think I did ok there. Went through my library books and returned a couple. Cleaned the sun room, mopped the kitchen and bath, did a load or two of laundry, washed the dogs, set up my meds and got an outfit ready for tomorrow. Watched a documentary with my daughter, did a little porch sitting, washed the dogs bedding, yesterday I got the fish bowl cleaned out and did some cooking. That was my activity for the day. I also took my dad out for lunch and a ride. I think that is a good amount of stuff for a weekend. I see the pattern where I eat ok 2 out of three meals but I have to have a whole lot of days where every meal and snack is healthy to see results. I am not gaining but have not lost any in ta month.
