I didn't FAIL yesterday but I did have a setback. I had an errand to run on the opposite side of town that I normally do not go. I used to work on that side of town and there is a local Greek restaurant that makes pizza that I absolutely love. So, I just happen to be close to this restaurant and decided to get a pizza since it has been so long since I have been there. First of all, it has both gluten (crust) and dairy (cheese), which my allergist advised me to omit. Secondly, I'm sure that it is loaded with calories. Thirdly, I had plenty at home to cook and really didn't need to pick up a pizza for dinner, but I did.

On a good note, I did not over-indulge. I believe that I have {almost} conquered that bad habit. I'm not stating that I have conquered it until I can't remember the last time I ate until I was miserable.

Today is a new day and I will start by committing to make good choices. I wish you all the brightest of days.

And I want everyone to know that I thoroughly enjoy your comments and suggestions! It warms my heart to know that you are taking time out of your busy day to read my blog.
