3 day Gut Reset

It has really taken discipline and resetting my mind to get me back to a healthy way of eating again. I just kept gaining and gaining... eating healthy all day but then giving in to late night snacking. Ughhhh!!
I decided to do a 3 day gut reset. A plan with real food and plenty of it! Today is day two and it’s going well. I’ve been food prepping and sticking to the plan. I’ve got about 5-7 pounds to lose to get back where I should be and feel my best. I can do this!!
Results: This did get me back on track which was the goal. I was anywhere from 145-149.9. The scale was climbing up & my eating was not under control before I did this. I did the 3 day reset & then followed the moderate carb plan the next two days. I had to make a few modifications due to life/the weekend but pretty much stayed on track. Today I weighed at 143.0. Back on track. Planning on keeping up with the moderate carb plans this week. I have a dietbet going right now that ends in two weeks and I need to stay focused.
