Conclusion of the Summer 5% Challenge 2018

So, last blog I was celebrating 11 years on SP followed by a break. I needed it, i had a lot going on.
I came back for the Summer Challenge was losing weight, got less tha 3 lbs away from goal and then began to gain it back. Changes on the homefront (less hours at work and smoke filled air) led to less motivation and eating later at night than I should have been. That led to late nights just for the sake of proper digestion. The vicious cycle continued.
I still have a goal to reach and I need to change my habits so I can reach that goal. Now more than ever, I believe it’s possible. I just need to stay the course.
