OK - doing this blog because Spark Premium made it today's task...... I'm not really big on blogging!
I started the KETO way of eating this past Monday (8/27). So that makes today DAY 6.
I am not finding it easy to get the "numbers" exactly where they should be (20g fat/50g protein/125g fat), so I am still working on it. There is an absolutely wonderful KETO TEAM here on SPARK which gives me all the support I could ever ask for. No questions is too silly.......
So - I do think I am coming along well although I am still dealing with hunger and every once in awhile I'm missing my fast food (Chinese & pizza) and FRUIT - but I'm working the program.
