Focusing on what I am able to do,and not on what I once was able to do!

As we start fall challenge's BLC 38 and Beleaf in Yourself it's time to set goals. I spent August get my mind in a good place. Summer challenge's were a challenge for me and I surely didn't want the same results for fall.

Instead of living in the past and feeling sorry for myself - time to Focus on what I am able to do now.

I'm still confident that a 5% weight loss during the challenges best way to go. As of today I am 168.2 which means I will be working for a 8.4 pound loss.

Focus point: 1 take the stairs when I'm just going down to the first floor and back up to the second floor. When I'm not carrying groceries. 2 Low impact exercise for me pool 2 time's a week. That will be water walking/jogging. With strength training 2 time's a week. Some longer cardio at low impact 3 time's a week for 60 minutes.

Focus points nutrition: 1 track meals to see where I need to improve on. 2 stay hydrated begin with 32 ounces of water a day. 3 More protein when I supply my body with enough protein I tend not to binge. 4 Freggies aim 3 to 5 servings daily. Have freggie with each meal. 5 limit my diet Pepsi (I will admit this will be the hardest for me) 6 Less processed and fast foods.

Fully participate in challenges to the best of my abilities . All of these focal points will get me across the finish line.
