Day 14: Falling off the wagon

Hey Sparkies,
Sadly, I have fallen off the tracking wagon. I've been eating all the things that I shouldn't and haven't bothered to workout consistently. I've lost the spark. Is there anything I can do to get the spark back?

    For me it was learning good habits that would eventually replace bad habits. Basically ignore the past and concentrate on the future.. Keep trudging that road to happy destiny.
