Completed my 21 Day Challenge!

I did it! I completed my 21 day challenge today successfully. I lost 4 pounds and have maintained that loss over this period of time. My goal over this 21 days was to break several bad habits.
I am excited to say that I did break all of the habits, met my goal and now I will be taking 90 days to cement the good habits that I have started to make my own creating a LIFESTYLE.
Achieved goals -
1.) Being satisfied with 1 plate of food
2.) Not eating after 9 p.m.
3.) Jesus time first and fitness next, or sometimes simultaneously! Lol! (busy life!)
4.) Social media remains a low priority
5.) Staying positive and visualizing myself as a winner!
.....:::::So, 21 days down, 90 days to go!
I plan to blog once a month to check in, or if those pesky 6# drop before, then I'll blog for sure! I am only 6# away from opening that "Gift to Myself".
