2018 Fall 5% Challenge ~ Eating Healthy

I have joined the 2018 Fall 5% Challenge. I have been in the challenge for a number of times and it has been really good for me. Because of the challenge I have kept my weight down. The team challenges me. I have been sick for a while and also had to take care of my mom for a while so I haven't done as well as I could have. This time around I am sticking to the plan for me and for my great husband. He helps me to get together my healthy breakfasts and lunches and he doesn't complain if I make a healthy dish that he really doesn't care for. I will be following the SparkPeople diabetic diet. This diet gives me all the nutrients that I need and I will be tracking my food so I can see just what it is that I am putting in my mouth. I am posting this so others will know that I am sticking to the plan.
