Number 42 of the 50 ways to practice self-love is to try a new recipe. Here is a new recipe I want to try that I've been too busy to try:
I am looking into ways to practice self-love. I am learning there are a lot of ways to practice self love. I do like the questions from 31 days of self-love pin. Here are 2 more questions:
What parts of yourself are you ashamed of and what does your shadow self look like? I am ashamed of my bloated belly. My shadow self and my mirror self my bloated belly makes me look pregnant. I am unmarried and from a very judgement area. I am ashamed more because of how other's gossip. Now healthy people look at me and tell me it's just that middle age look which I am grateful for but those gossiping church ladies! I live in a town of 600.
What is one choice you make right now that your future self will thank-you for? I am eating healthier and exercising.
On Sunday we had snow and 32. Today we are to be in the 60's. So excited! I am hoping to go get food today and a haircut tomorrow. My son is coming this weekend. What I am looking forward to the most is after he leaves having a few days of nothingness to really working on myself! Morning and evening routines. Adding creativity into my day. Clear my head. Maybe adding energy into my life.
My Boo Season fun yesterday was watching the movie-Falling for Vermont. It was the #1 Autumn count down movie. It's not my favorite but they did have a fun Autumn festival!
