My personal exercise challenge : Day 1

The goal for this personal challenge is to intentionally exercise for at least 4 days/week; for the remainder of October, I need to get at least six sessions of intentional exercising done.
Starting date: Monday, Oct 22: 9226 steps I ALMOST got 10,000 steps...
Some of these steps came from a walk on our dirt roads (25 minutes), and then I pushed / walked behind the lawnmower for about 1 hr 15 minutes. Plus I fed the animals outside, and picked up some walnuts, and inside, I was up and down a ladder a lot this morning, as I was spackling a wall. I was outside to hang up laundry too. I must be honest, I was very tired this evening and got very stiff when sitting. All things considered -- I consider this to be a pretty good day!
1 day done, 3 more cardio days needed yet this week the make my goal for the week.
