It's a Turkey Challenge! My spark buddy is doing a Turkey Challenge and I'm joining her. Commit to losing a "turkey" by Thanksgiving Day. I'm aiming for a small turkey. My goal is 10 lbs which is right about 2 lbs a week.
I lost 10 lbs in August with my strict low carb challenge. I reached my goal, but I've regained about 4 of those pounds. I really struggle with this weight range. I seem to get to Onderland and then have a hard time losing more. This challenge will get me over that wall though.
I plan to do low carb (it works for me!) as well as adding some cardio and ST of some sort.
