Need to have more willpower

Well, after being at goal weight for over a year I'm starting to lose willpower and motivation. Over the last five months weight has been slowly creeping on. I'm now 5kg over goal weight! Having posted that I was back on track I ate a couple of chocolates, a couple of biscuits and a homemade muffin last night whilst at a meeting. This needs to stop. I've had a habit of clenching my fists when tempted but this needs to be strengthened! So I'm going to clench my fists and take two deep breaths next time I'm tempted. I'll let you know how I go.
