NEED to make myself stick to my plan

Life is busy and I always put myself last on the list of "to do". My weight has fluctuated up and down a few pounds but I really need it to go down and continue down. I'm trying to log to help me get back on track. It's time-consuming but I really need to make the time.

My daughter is getting married next April (no date set in stone yet) and it's going to be on the beach. I don't want to be at this weight/shape/look when it comes to wedding pictures.

I know that the holidays are just around the corner...so close. It'll be a bigger challenge but I know that if I really put my mind to it, I can accomplish anything.

    Meticulous tracking is your best friend. There's nothing so in your face as exactly what you eat and how much. I'm with you all the way; let's keep up the tracking.

    emoticon Yes, you can do it. Spark People is a good place to start. It does take time to log and do the things you need to do to keep on track; but, it is worth it when you see the end result.
