My Personal Exercise Challenge: I will do better!!

Well, I started off with a bang - and then life happened. Spent one day visiting with my daughter and her family, which was six hours in the car, three hours with them eating and catching up, then do the essentials at home that day. The next day I was getting evening company, so was cooking and cleaning all day, then visiting with them all evening. And Saturday I was exhausted, and Sunday - well it didn't happen today either. So for the last three days, my average step count was only a little over 3200 steps.
With that in my mind, I am resolved that I will do better this week. It is looking to be another busy week, but I will make time to get at least 45 minutes in each of four days, even if it has to be broken up into segments. (I've read that is allowed!) Four days aerobic, two days strength training, and one blessed rest day!!
My friend Julia is already off to a good start today, so I will use her as my example and motivator!! I will do it, because I want to do it and I can do it!!
