SPARK COACH CHALLENGE: share goals (OK - here goes)...........

I think my main goal is to become more physically fit especially as I'm get older (turned 70 this year)...... I think weight loss kinda goes along with that goal since I am very overweight.
Unfortunately I HATE to exercise.
I also have serious back problems which inhibit exercise.
I also suffer with foot pain on and off.
I do believe that strength training is essential (especially for older people).
I also think I should go out for a walk every day (have been doing this pretty regularly).
I should not forget that stretching is also essential.
After I get these things down, perhaps I can add more strenuous activity to become fit.
Problem is (besides that I HATE exercise) the more you do the more your body gets used to and then you have to do at least that same amount of time to just stay even.
