Back at it!!

Looks like I haven't blogged on here since 2015!
I have been grinding in that time frame though and lost 60lbs. Unfortunately, I have gained some of that back. We vacationed more this summer than we ever have and I just never recovered. **excuses... You can always make time and put effort into yourself**
I've gained almost 30 lbs since July by just not caring and eating/doing what I wanted. In that time I would recommit for a day or 2, but then go right back to bad habits.
On November 1st I started logging nutrition and sticking to a low carb diet, so that means today is day 5!!
I started 21 Day fix yesterday and just finished my day 2 workout. I'm feeling unstoppable and I am committing to finishing this program strong!
