Every day can be a challenge. It depends on what we are thinking and/or feeling. If you start feeling bad about yourself, it is time to recommit. This is a temping time to overeat or eat other things that are not on your food plan. So recommit when thing get tough. And keep on moving forward. For the next 7 days I will keep a written record of why I overeat and eat when I am not hungry, to see if patterns exist.
