This should be Day 9

Tuesday, November 13, 2018

I am very grateful for all of the blessings in my life but I just keep putting myself (more importantly, my goals) on the back burner. I'm obviously having a difficult time keeping up with my daily sparking. I'm allowing myself to be lazy and put off the start and continuation of this plan. It needs to stop and be brought forth to the here and now. What do I need to motivate myself?? That's the million dollar question!

I went to my orthopedic surgeon yesterday for my 6 month follow up after my ACL replacement surgery. It was an overall good prognosis other than I need to incorporate more exercise into my life. I had every intention of getting up early this morning and starting the 30-day fix work-out program again. But I let myself hit the snooze button and took advantage of the extra 1/2 hour of sleep. I worked through my break today but I will go to the gym during my lunch break.

I will push forward once again and try not to focus on my failures. The big prize will be a healthier me that will feel comfortable getting her picture taken and wearing clothes with confidence instead of finding a way to hide beneath the layers.
