Time flies

I can hardly believe it's been over a year since I have posted anything on my Sparkpage. So much has change don Sparkpeople and from the looks of it... the change have been for the better.
One thing I cannot understand is why there is so much discrepancy on calories that people have posted the food tracker? I look for a specific food and someone has it listed as 85 calories. I have the actual bag of food in front of me and it reads '110' calories. I do not understand how 110 can be mistaken for 85? Be careful when you are logging your calories. Make sure you find the right information and log it properly. Lying on your caloric intake only sets you up for failure. You need accurate information in order to be accountable to yourself and to be successful at hitting your goals.
