One of the reasons why I decided to go back to working out and eating clean (other than I was gaining too much weight) is because I needed a healthier way to deal with stress than eating and binge watching t.v.
I have been on a healing journey for years now. I have studied food and I know what I can, and cannot eat to be healthy. Now, it's time to lose weight.
